BIO:
Lisette Otero-Lewis is a Latinx contemporary photographer with a MA in Art from the Academy of Art in San Francisco. She is currently pursuing an MFA in Photography to focus on a lyrical documentary about the hybridity of identity within the First generation of Puerto Rican-Americans born to parents of the Puerto Rican Diaspora. In addition, she is an Adjunct Professor teaching Photography at Daytona State College. Otero-Lewis believes that her art education and personal experience has given her a unique perspective on the subject.
